Your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and order history. Rider accounts additionally hold bank details for payout. Store accounts hold their shop's bank details for settlement. Payment card details are never stored by Nesti — they're handled directly by Paystack.
A store sees only the contents and delivery status of orders placed with it — never a rider's earnings or another store's data. A rider sees a delivery's pickup/drop-off address and item size only — never what was ordered. This separation is enforced at the database level, not just in the app's screens.
With your permission, we send order and delivery updates by push notification, email and SMS. You can turn push notifications off at any time from the notification bell in the app.
We share the minimum necessary data with Paystack (payment processing), and with our email and SMS providers (delivery of notifications you've opted into) — never for advertising or resold to anyone else.
