Nesti is a marketplace platform that connects residents of participating residential estates with local shops and independent delivery riders operating within their estate. Nesti facilitates these connections and processes payment on behalf of participating shops — Nesti does not itself sell the goods offered through the platform, and does not itself carry out deliveries. Shops and riders are independent parties, not employees or agents of Nesti.
You may browse and order as a guest, or create an account for a saved address book and order history. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Shop and rider accounts are created directly by Nesti's administrators and are not available for public registration.
Prices shown at checkout — for goods, delivery, and Nesti's service fee — are final and confirmed before payment. Payment is processed securely through Paystack; Nesti does not store your card details. Once a shop confirms your order, it is offered to available riders in your estate.
Every order is protected by a unique 4-digit code, shown only to you. You must give this code to your rider in person at the point of delivery — never before, and never to anyone else. This code is the only way a delivery can be marked complete, and it exists to protect you from someone falsely claiming to be your rider.
You may cancel an order before the shop has confirmed it. Once confirmed, cancellation is handled by the shop or by Nesti directly. Refunds are issued as Nesti wallet credit by default, redeemable against future orders, or to your original payment method on request.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including providing false information, attempting to defraud a shop or rider, or interfering with another user's order. Nesti may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Nesti facilitates the connection between you, participating shops, and riders, and processes payment on their behalf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nesti is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of goods sold by shops, or for the conduct of riders, beyond Nesti's own obligations as the platform operator.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nesti after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
