Nesti connects customers in New Site Estate, Lugbe, Abuja with local stores and independent delivery riders. Stores manage and fulfil their own product listings; riders accept and complete individual delivery jobs; Nesti operates the platform connecting them and processes payment on their behalf.
Prices, delivery fees and service fees are shown before you pay and are calculated by Nesti at the time of order. Payment is processed by Paystack. Once a store confirms an order, cancellation is limited — see the app for what's currently possible for your order's status.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. Riders and stores are onboarded directly by Nesti's admin team.
Where an order is cancelled after payment, Nesti issues a refund to your Nesti wallet, or to your original payment method where a wallet isn't available, in line with Paystack's own settlement timelines.
