Payments
All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed and secure payment processor. Nesti never sees or stores your full card details.
Your account
Use a strong, unique password. If you ever suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Delivery confirmation
Your 4-digit delivery code is the one thing that proves a delivery is genuinely yours — never share it with anyone before they've actually arrived with your order, and never share it over the phone or by message to someone claiming to be your rider in advance.
